[ES] Alejandro Lévar y Violeta Lara se descubren a través del intercambio de poemas y canciones, en 2020, reconociéndose el uno en la expresión artística del otro.
De este encuentro nace un conjunto de 8 temas, poemas que se transforman en canciones, canciones que adoptan el discurso poético. Inicialmente grabado con un teléfono móvil y compartido como “notas de voz”, el proyecto queda suspendido en el tiempo hasta cuatro años después, cuando deciden producirlo, partiendo del material original, sumando voces y arreglos, pero respetando la excepcionalidad e imperfecciones de la grabación inicial.
Transparente es el primer sencillo de esta obra, un disco con esencia de libro en el que textos, ilustraciones y reflexiones se entrelazan con canciones, y en el que ambas sensibilidades resuenan con voz propia como si se tratase de un ente común.
[EN] Alejandro Lévar and Violeta Lara got acquainted in 2020 by exchanging poems and songs, immediately to recognise each other in their works of art.
As a result, a collection of 8 songs was born - poems that transform into songs, songs that adopt a poetic discourse. Originally recorded with a mobile phone and shared as “voice notes”, the project was put to a halt until four years later, when they decided to produce an album, starting from the original material, adding voices and arrangements, but keeping the exceptional and imperfect nature of the first recording.
Transparente is the first single of this work - a record with the soul of a book, where texts, illustrations and reflections intertwine with songs, a resonance of two sensibilities merging into a single voice.
